IC XC Life, LLC operates icxclife.com (the "Site"), OrthoPrax® (the "App") and the services related to or offered on the Site or in the App (hereinafter, the "Services").
We provide you this privacy policy (the "Policy") to help you understand the kinds of information we may gather about you when you visit the Site or use any of our Services, how we may use and disclose the information, and how you can control, correct and/or update the information.
To be clear about the terminology we are using, when we use the phrase "Personal Information" in this Policy, we mean information that can be used to identify or contact a person, like a person’s full name, address, e-mail address, or phone number. When we use the phrase "Anonymous Information" in this Policy, we mean information that cannot reasonably be used to identify individual persons.

C. Information we collect through your use of the App.
As you use the App and Services, certain information may also be passively collected such as device type, carrier provider, browser type, operating system information, as well as transactional data about the activities you undertake and how you interact with the Services, such as what data is displayed, clicked on or shared, the click stream patterns, and the length of time spent on each site or page; and searches you may conduct on the Services.
D. Information we receive from third parties.
We may also combine online and/or offline information received from third parties with the information we have already collected from you via our Site and Services. The third-party information is used for a variety of purposes including to verify other information about you (e.g., verify your mailing address to send you requested products or services) and to enhance the content and advertising we provide to you.

We believe that advertising is more interesting to you when it is relevant. For example, if you read an article about a theological topic on the Site, we may use cookies from a vendor to later serve you an advertisement for a product related to the viewed article. The advertisement may appear when you are visiting a different section of this Site, another Site or any other website on the Internet if the website also has a relationship with our vendor.

After you opt-out, you will still see advertisements, but the advertising may not be as relevant to your interests. Our Sites currently are not setup to process or respond to "Do Not Track" settings or signals from web browsers. C. Information Collected by Third Party Advertisers
Advertisers or other third parties on the Site may also engage in Behavioral Advertising and use cookies and web beacons in the manner described above. We do not control these advertisers or other parties' use of cookies or web beacons or what they do with the information they collect. Many third-party vendors that engage in Behavioral Advertising participate in the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) and abide by NAI and/or DAA principles. A. Disclosure for legal reasons.

C. Aggregated, Anonymous Information.

Some or all of the information collected during a promotion, contest, polls, or sweepstakes ("Promotions") may be disclosed publicly. EM Digital, LLC is not responsible for their privacy policy or practices.
When you participate in a Promotion, you are subject to any official rules for that Promotion, which may contain additional information about the specific privacy practices associated with the Promotion.
E. Sponsors, Advertisers, Merchants and other ways that you approve at the time of collection.
We may share the Personal Information you provide when you register for the Site and Services with certain advertisers and sponsors.
We may collect Personal Information about you and share it with other third parties to the extent that you give us permission at the time of collection. For example, if you purchase a deal or service, we will provide your information to the applicable merchant or vendor. We also sometimes gather Personal Information on behalf of a sponsor in association with a promotion. When you receive promotional communications from us you will have the opportunity to "opt-out" by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the promotional e-mail or newsletter you receive or by editing your preference to receive these communications within the "Manage My Email" or similar feature on the individual Sites when you are logged in as a registered user.
If your Personal Information changes or if you no longer desire to use or access the Site or Services, we encourage you to correct, update or remove the Personal Information from your profile. This can be done at the "My Account" section of your "Profile" on the Site. Keep in mind, however, that even if you delete information from your profile, we may retain your Personal Information in conformance with our data retention policy and Personal Information may remain within our databases, access logs, and other records. Certain portions of the Site may be co-branded with a business partner and subject to a different privacy policy that is either the partner's privacy policy or a privacy policy developed jointly by IC XC Life, LLC and our partner (collectively the "Co-branded Policy"). The partner's collection, use and dissemination practices regarding any data or Personal Information provided by, or obtained from users of these Co-branded portions of the Site will be governed by the Co-branded Policy. The Site may link to websites operated by third parties that we do not control. We do not monitor, control, or endorse the information collection or privacy practices of any third parties. We place a priority on the security of Personal Information, and we undertake reasonable security measures to help protect the data that resides on our servers. We also use secure server software (SSL) to process all financial transactions that occur on the Site. SSL technology can encrypt Personal Information transmitted over the Internet. However, no security system is impenetrable. We do not warrant the security of our servers, nor do we warrant that your information, including Personal Information, will be completely secure or not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
In regards to any financial transactions that may take place on the Site, for your protection, except for the last 4 digits, we do not store your full credit card information on the Site nor does IC XC Life, LLC have access to your full credit card numbers.
Of course, the entire credit card number is transmitted to the appropriate credit card processing company during order processing. However, only the last four digits are revealed when confirming an order. For any transactions that require a card on file, this storage of the credit card number is handled by the credit card processor.
Should you need to change your credit card information at any time, you may do so in "Your Account" section. To identify your card or cards on file, in "Your Account" you will also only see the last 4 digits of the card on file, as that is all IC XC Life, LLC and the Site have access to.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to always sign off when finished using a shared computer.
